Kathryn Colleen Myers Farnow, 85, passed away January 17, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She was born October 13, 1924 in Minersville, Utah to Victor George & Nettie Carter Myers.  She attended schools in Minersville then graduated from Milford High School.  She worked at the Union Pacific Railroad for a short time, later marrying Harry Douglas Farnow March 26, 1945.  They resided in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she worked for 30 years as a secretary for EG&G.  She was a member of the LDS Church and actively served in Mutual and Relief Society.  Colleen and her husband shared a beautiful summer home in the Beaver Mountains that she dearly loved.  She is survived by her husband, daughter Victoria (Victor Lockwood, her sister Dorothy (Sam) Johnson and a brother Dale (Ila) Myers.  She has two grandchildren, Rocko (Kim) and Melisa Wimberly, four great, grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her parents her brother Ted Myers and her son Jere'.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at the Beaver LDS Third Ward Chapel at 12:00PM.  Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday at the church from 10:30AM to 11:30AM.  Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.  Online condolences can be sent to
