Robert Ralph Rand, age 73, passed away in Cedar City, Utah on February 15, 2010. He was born on September 21, 1936, in Los Angeles, California to Ralph Hammond and Laura Francis Schuefler Rand. He is survived by his children; Brian Timothy Rand Hanousek and Carolyn Michelle Rand Taylor. His brother Donald Lee Rand, and sister Marianne Rose Rand DiCesare, along with 3 grandchildren. His daughter Faith Renee Rand Hanousek, and brother Walter Allen Rand are deceased.
